ONIT Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your ONIT gear. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Conditions for Return

All items must be returned unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please do not discard any items until we confirm your return request, as we may need the garment back for assessment.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if an item is:
• Faulty due to a factory defect
• Damaged in transit on arrival

In these cases, ONIT will cover the cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind and Sizing Issues

If you change your mind or purchase the wrong size, we offer:
• Exchange for another size or style
• Store credit to use on future purchases

Please note:
Refunds are not available for change of mind or wrong size.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to ONIT, as well as the cost of shipping replacement garments back to you.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact us at getonitmtb@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Our team will confirm if your return meets the above conditions and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (if eligible), exchange, or store credit.

Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your product has a major failure, and to a repair or replacement if your product has a minor failure that can be fixed within a reasonable time.
