  • Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. ONIT does not store your full credit card details.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders to the address provided by you at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. While we work with reputable carriers, ONIT is not responsible for delays once goods are dispatched.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. In line with Australian Consumer Law:

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product has a major fault.

  • For minor issues, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

  • Change-of-mind returns (including wrong size) are offered as an exchange or store credit only, subject to our policy requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of ONIT or its licensors.
