The carrier used for your order depends on your location, parcel size, and the most efficient delivery option available at the time of dispatch.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • During busy periods (such as sales or holiday seasons), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: May take longer depending on carrier services available

Please note that these are estimates only. ONIT is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size/weight.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Details will be clearly displayed on our website.

International Shipping

At this stage, ONIT ships within Australia only. If this changes, international rates and delivery times will be updated in this policy.

Risk of Loss

Risk and ownership of goods passes to you once the order is delivered to your nominated address.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at getonitmtb@gmail.com We will assist with tracking your parcel and, where applicable, process a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
